If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

LogLens provides web analytics and log analysis services that help you understand traffic to your websites, including:
- Real-time traffic monitoring and analysis
- Bot detection and verification
- SEO crawler analytics
- Geographic and device analytics
- Alerting and notifications
- Integration with third-party services (e.g., Google Search Console)
- API access for programmatic data retrieval
3. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Service.
4. Acceptable Use

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services. You authorize us to access and use data from connected third-party services in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
7. Subscription Plans and Payment

Billing

10. Service Availability

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOGLENS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LogLens and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
- Your use of the Service
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Any data you submit to the Service
14. Termination
By You
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your settings. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service and your data may be deleted according to our data retention policy.
By Us
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. We will provide notice when possible, except where we believe termination is necessary to prevent harm to us or others.
Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
15. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and terminate your account.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
17. General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LogLens regarding the Service.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
- No Third-Party Beneficiaries: These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.
