Delete your account and change plans yourself
Delete your account or an organisation you own from settings, with a 14-day grace period to change your mind, and move between plans up or down without contacting us.
You can now delete your own account from Account settings, and owners can delete an organisation from Organization Settings. Nothing is removed straight away: deletion is scheduled 14 days later, log collection pauses, any subscription stops renewing, and everyone in the workspace is told the date so they can export what they need. Sign in and cancel at any point before then and everything carries on as before. When the date arrives, the account, its workspaces and their log data are deleted and you get a final confirmation.
The Billing tab also lets you change plan in either direction. With an active subscription the switch is immediate and prorated, so you only pay the difference for the rest of the period; moving to a plan with fewer site slots asks you to remove sites first, and moving to Free takes effect when your current period ends.
