Daily digest now fires for Free and Basic plans

The daily digest email — the morning summary of yesterday's traffic, top crawlers and any fired alerts — was being silently skipped for accounts on the Free or Basic tier because of a plan-gating check that should never have been there in the first place.

Both tiers now receive it on the same schedule as paid plans. If you were expecting it and weren't getting it, that's why.
