An AI-powered chat assistant is now available in the bottom-right of every page on both the marketing site and the dashboard, with a clean handoff to human support when it can't answer.

The chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of every page (marketing site and the app dashboard) is now powered by a LogLens-trained AI helper. It can answer most product questions instantly — "how do I add a website", "what's the difference between verified and unverified bots", "how do I set up a Cloudflare Worker for ingest" — without you having to wait for a human.
When it can't answer, you can hand off to support with one click and the entire conversation comes with you, so you don't repeat yourself.
For us, every conversation is logged and surfaces in the admin panel so we can spot recurring questions that should become docs or product changes.
