Stripe billing — paid plans, overages, trials
LogLens now runs on Stripe for subscriptions, trials and overage billing. Four plan tiers with clear quotas, opt-in overages, and a Plan Builder for admins to tune limits per-organisation.
We're now running on Stripe for everything billing-related. What's new:
- Four plan tiers with clear monthly quotas for ingestion volume, query volume and AI insight tokens. Pricing and feature breakdown is on the pricing page.
- Opt-in overages. Hit your quota and you can either be cut off (default) or fall through to a metered overage rate that you set per-quota. No surprise bills — overages are off until you turn them on.
- Trials. New accounts get a no-card 14-day trial of the Professional tier so you can evaluate against real data before paying.
- Plan Builder. Admins can set per-organisation quota overrides without redeploying — useful for accommodating one-off needs without inventing custom plans.
